A public procurement procedure has been launched with a subject-matter: “Supply of gas valves for the needs of the IGB gas pipeline in four lots”. The lots are as follows: Lot No. 1 – Supply of Station Valves; Lot No. 2 - Supply of Flow Control Valves, GМS 1, Hellenic Republic; Lot No 3 Supply of Valves, linear part; Lot No 4 - Supply of Flow Control Valve, GMS 2, Republic of Bulgaria.

The scope of the procedure and the performance requirements are: according to the Technical Specifications for each lot, which are available on the company's profile at ЦАИС ЕОП (eop.bg).

Time period for delivery of the equipment for each lot: not more than 270 (two hundred and seventy) calendar days from the date of signature of the contract.

Term of the contract for the respective lot: until the expiry of the longest warranty period of the equipment, or with the satisfaction of all claims of the Contracting Entity related to the warranty liability of the Contractor, if any.

Warranty period of the equipment for each lot: not less than 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of delivery.

Re: lot No. 1: - for items 1, 2 and 3 (from Section 3, subsection 3.1. of the Technical Specification) – at IGB Gas Metering Station 1 in the town of Komotini, Republic of Greece. – for items 4, 5 and 6 - IGB Gas Metering Station 2 in the village Zagore, Stara Zagora Municipality, Republic of Bulgaria;

Re: lot No 3 – at Dispatch Centre of ICGB AD, town of Haskovo;

Re: lot No. 4 – at IGB Gas Metering Station 2 of in the village Zagore, Stara Zagora Municipality, Republic of Bulgaria;

Method of payment and guarantees: Payment and provision of guarantees shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the Draft Contract for the respective lot, which are available in the company's profile at: ЦАИС ЕОП (eop.bg).

Deadline for submission of offers: 18-04-2024, 23:59 via the e-procurement platform CAIS EOP.

Opening of tenders: 19-04-2024; 15:00 on the e-procurement platform CAIS EOP.
